Jeff and Mark started playing tennis as kids on public courts in neighborhood parks just like Optimist Park in Lebanon. They founded LebValCTA based on the ideal that tennis is a lifetime sport meant for all, regardless of socioeconomic status. Tennis should be an inclusive sport that attracts athletes from all walks of life. To that end, LebValCTA has been formed as a way to raise funds necessary to provide free and low-cost tennis clinics and other opportunities for play to all kids, especially those from under-served communities in Lebanon County. In the future we hope to provide an after-school program that pairs tennis development with educational support as part of LebValCTA programming.

LVC. He is also the president of the Green Hill Racquet Club. He is married with two children.
Mark Seaton was a 3-sport letter winner at Palmyra Area High School. As a Captain in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, a tournament-level pickleball player, a lifelong tennis player, and PTR/PPR-certified Professional Tennis and Pickleball Coach, Mark knows firsthand the benefits to physical and mental health that sports offer. He has shared his love for tennis with his own children and many others as a coach of junior team tennis, and as a teaching professional at the Hershey Racquet Club.
